Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager position located in Jaipur. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth functionality. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining high customer service standards, coordinating food and beverage service, monitoring inventory and supply levels, and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency. The role also involves recruiting, training, and leading a team, while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure exceptional guest experiences and loyalty.
- Experience in Hiring, onboarding, and managing a team to achieve operational and service objectives.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, leadership, and guests.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage management, including menu planning, inventory control, and quality assurance.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams while maintaining a focus on operational excellence and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role in hospitality is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems is a plus.
