Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high levels of health and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising inventory, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring smooth workflow, addressing customer feedback, and implementing strategies to improve restaurant performance. The role also involves training staff, managing budgets, and achieving financial goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including staff training and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in restaurant operations, inventory management, and supplier coordination
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and address customer feedback professionally
- Knowledge of quality control standards, health, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and meeting revenue targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or a leadership role within the hospitality industry
