Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Restaurant Manager based in the Pune Division. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer satisfaction, and uphold the highest standards in food and beverage service. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining efficient processes for customer service, supervising hiring and training, and implementing operational strategies to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
- Experience in Hiring and training staff to foster a positive and productive team environment.
- Effective Communication skills to engage with staff and customers and manage team operations effectively.
- Proficient knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, including menu management and industry trends.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle operational responsibilities, including inventory and supplier coordination.
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role is an advantage.
- Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
