Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Fireside. This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Bengaluru. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exemplary customer service, lead staff hiring/training, maintain brand standards, and manage food and beverage quality. Responsibilities also include monitoring inventory, creating staff schedules, maintaining health and safety regulations, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure exceptional guest experience.
- Proficient in Hiring, training, and managing staff to maintain a cohesive and motivated team.
- Effective Communication skills for seamless coordination between team members and customers.
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage to uphold quality and innovation in menu offerings.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in restaurant management or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
