Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and maintaining the high-quality standards Boteco is known for. Responsibilities include managing staff, addressing customer needs, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring adherence to food and beverage regulations. The role also involves team hiring, staff training, and fostering a welcoming environment for both employees and customers.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a consistently excellent guest experience.
- Experience in team management, including Hiring, training, and overseeing staff to maintain operational standards.
- Effective Communication skills to manage relationships with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Expertise in Food & Beverage operations to ensure high-quality service and compliance with regulations.
- Strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry and a passion for customer-centric service.
