Role Description
The Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at Bombon’s Pune Division location in an on-site, full-time role. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, maintaining quality standards in food and beverages, and optimizing operational efficiency. The Restaurant Manager will lead hiring efforts, provide training, and collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth café operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Experience in Hiring and team-building to develop and maintain a high-performing team.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
- Familiarity with Food & Beverage service operations and industry standards.
- Proficiency in time management and organizational skills to oversee daily operations efficiently.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality or food & beverage industry is preferred.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team while fostering a positive work environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
