Role Description The Restaurant Manager at Boba Bhai will oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth service, consistent product quality, and a welcoming guest experience. This full-time, on-site role in Noida involves supervising and scheduling staff, leading team briefings, and supporting hiring and training to maintain high performance and adherence to brand standards. The manager will monitor inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure proper handling, storage, and presentation of all food and beverage items. They will handle guest feedback and service recovery, track key performance metrics, and implement initiatives to drive sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The role also includes maintaining compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations and fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a proven ability to handle guest feedback and build repeat business.
- Experience in Food & Beverage operations, including product quality control, hygiene standards, and basic inventory management.
- Demonstrated Hiring experience, including interviewing, onboarding, and training frontline team members.
- Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with team members, leadership, and guests in a clear, respectful manner.
- Previous experience as a restaurant, café, or QSR supervisor/manager preferred.
- Ability to lead by example, motivate diverse teams, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic understanding of POS systems, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
