Role Description
The Restaurant Manager/s will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, hiring and training new employees, and maintaining high standards of service and quality. The Restaurant Manager/s will also be responsible for communicating with customers and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Experience in hiring and training staff
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
Qualification & Desired Candidate profile:
- An experienced Restaurant Manager with a brand hotels / Restaurants between 3-5 years experience as RM 2. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Exemplary F&B product knowledge,
- ONLY apply with IHM/HM or Diploma in hospitality. High degree of emotional quotient.
