Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction, and manage the hiring and development of staff. Responsibilities also include supervising food and beverage quality, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, and fostering effective communication among team members to uphold Amelia's high service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training restaurant staff
- Excellent Communication and leadership skills to coordinate and motivate the team
- In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and service standards
- Proven ability to manage restaurant operations and drive business success
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in managing a fine-dining or upscale restaurant is a plus
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
