Are you a night owl who thrives while the rest of the world is hitting snooze? Do you prefer a "no-traffic" commute and the hum of a kitchen over the chaos of the lunch rush? Hardee’s is looking for reliable, energetic Overnight Team Members to join our 11 PM to 7 AM shift. You’ll be the backbone of our late-night service and the hero who ensures our morning guests get those famous "Made from Scratch" biscuits exactly on time.
What the Shift Looks Like
Working the overnight isn't just about flipping burgers; it’s about setting the stage for the entire day. Your shift will include:
Serving the Late-Night Crowd:
- Providing fast, friendly service to our midnight snackers and graveyard-shift workers.
The Master of Prep:
- Assisting in preparing our signature biscuit dough from scratch (it’s an art form, really), as well as other prep related duties.
The Clean Sweep:
- Maintaining a sparkling clean kitchen and dining area so we’re "grand opening" ready by dawn.
Multitasking Magic:
- Switching between the front counter, drive-thru, and the grill with ease.
