Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a cohesive team environment. This is an on-site role. Key responsibilities include managing staff hiring and scheduling, maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, monitoring customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations.

- Duty Hours: 12 hours per day
- Contract Duration: 2 Years
- Probation Period: 2 Months
- Pay: Up to ₹50,000- ₹60,000 INR per month
SALARY & BENEFITS
- Salary: ₹50,000- ₹60,000 INR per month (Based on role and experience)
- Accommodation: Provided by the company
- Medical: Basic medical support provided
- Work Permit: Provided by the company
- Food: Food provided
- Holidays: 2 days off per month (After every 15 days of work)
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be ready to relocate to Thailand
- Physically fit and willing to work long hours
- Should have a valid passport
- Previous work experience (if required by role)
Qualifications
- Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills to ensure an excellent guest experience
- Proven expertise in hiring and team management to build and motivate a high-performing staff
- Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, vendors, and customers
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and quality standards
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
- Familiarity with financial management such as budgeting, cost control, and inventory
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
