Job Title: Restaurant & Health Club Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant & Health Club Manager to oversee daily operations of the health club and restaurant facilities. The role focuses on maintaining high service standards, ensuring proper upkeep of amenities, managing staff, and driving growth in memberships and restaurant sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage health club operations including gym, swimming pool, tennis, and other activities
- Supervise and groom health club and restaurant staff to maintain service quality
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of equipment, activity areas, and club rooms
- Oversee restaurant operations, maintain food and service quality standards
- Drive sales growth in health club memberships and restaurant revenue
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain and inspect rooms within the club for quality and readiness
Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality, fitness club, or restaurant management (2–5 years preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Focus on quality control, maintenance, and revenue growth
