Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, financial performance, inventory control, compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining operational excellence. This role includes building a positive work environment, implementing company policies, driving sales growth, and ensuring a consistently excellent customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and employee development skills
  • Customer service expertise, complaint resolution, and delivering excellent dining experiences
  • Experience in financial management, budgeting, sales analysis, and achieving profitability goals
  • Proficiency in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and operational efficiency
  • Solid understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards in the food service industry
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in quick-service restaurants or similar environments is a strong advantage
  • Fluency in English and familiarity with regional languages is a plus
