Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager at Bangalore Airport. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage P&L, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include budgeting, hiring, training, and developing staff to ensure seamless operations and an excellent guest experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in P&L Management and Budgeting
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Proven ability in Hiring and Training staff
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage
