Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager, based in Mumbai. The General Manager will oversee overall restaurant operations, including managing financial performance, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of quality across all services. Responsibilities include supervising staff, controlling budgets, managing inventory, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The successful candidate will also take charge of hiring, training, and developing a cohesive team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in P&L Management and Budgeting to ensure financial efficiency and profitability.
• Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with proven ability to address guests' needs proactively.
• Proficiency in team management, including Hiring and staff training to build and maintain a high-performing team.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage operations seamlessly.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred.
