Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Restaurant General Manager. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage and train staff, and work to maintain the restaurant's high-quality standards. Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, ensuring food and beverage quality, supporting hiring processes, and fostering a positive team environment. The role requires effective communication skills to build relationships with both customers and team members.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
- Experience in Hiring and team management to support staffing and training needs.
- Excellent Communication skills to build rapport with customers and effectively manage staff.
- Knowledge and expertise in the Food & Beverage industry to uphold and deliver quality standards.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage day-to-day operations efficiently.
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related role is advantageous.
- A passion for hospitality and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
