We’re Hiring: Restaurant Floor Manager | Kiana, Nagpur
Kiana is looking for a passionate and energetic Floor Manager to join our growing team in Nagpur.
Position: Restaurant Floor Manager
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year experience
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily floor operations and ensure smooth service
- Handle customer interactions and enhance dining experience
- Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams
- Maintain hygiene, presentation, and service standards
- Support team members and ensure efficient workflow
What We’re Looking For:
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of hospitality (preferred but not mandatory)
