Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Chef located in Jorethang. The Restaurant Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, plan and create diverse menus, and ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation. The role will also involve supervising kitchen staff, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Restaurant Chef will partner with management to enhance the dining experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Chinese and North Indian cuisine.
- Proven Culinary Skills with a strong understanding of food presentation and menu planning.
- Knowledge and adherence to Hygiene and Food Safety standards.
- Experience working in Food Service environments, including the ability to manage and train kitchen staff.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
