Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Cashier for a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. The Restaurant Cashier will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing orders, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include responding to customer queries, managing phone orders, and collaborating with the team to maintain a smooth workflow in the restaurant environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Cash Handling and operating POS systems
- Familiarity with Food & Beverage industry operations and practices
- Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest-related concerns efficiently
- Basic math skills and the ability to manage transactions accurately
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Fluency in English and Tamil (additional languages Hindi will be an advantage)
- Chennai Location is mandatory, for other locations Accommodation will be provided.
