We Are Hiring: Restaurant Captains (Order Takers)
Are you a hospitality professional who excels at guest satisfaction, team coordination, and driving sales? We are looking for dynamic and experienced Captains to join our team in Kalyan!
Role Details:
- Position: Restaurant Captain (Order Takers) – 2 Openings
- Location: Kalyan
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs)
- Salary: Upto 3LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and deliver a polite, highly hospitable dining experience.
- Menu Expertise: Guide guests through our diverse menu, showcasing strong knowledge of Continental, Chinese, Indian, and Tandoor cuisines.
- Drive Sales: Actively maximize revenue through smart upselling and increasing the average bill size.
- Operations & Compliance: Work seamlessly within our established hierarchy and strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry (preferably in a similar Captain or Senior Steward role).
- Skills: Excellent communication, a well-groomed/professional appearance, and a polite demeanor.
- Mindset: Sales-driven, hospitable, and a great team player who respects workplace hierarchy.
