Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Captain in Indore. The primary responsibilities include supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, maintaining customer satisfaction at all stages, and overseeing the Food & Beverage service. The Restaurant Captain will collaborate with the team to address customer needs efficiently and ensure a pleasant and memorable dining experience. Additional tasks involve staff training, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring adherence to all operational standards.
Qualifications
- Supervisory skills with the ability to guide and motivate team members effectively
- Expertise in Customer Service and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills to interact with both customers and staff professionally
- Experience in Food & Beverage management or service
- Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of organic and healthy food trends is preferred
- Pleasant demeanor and a team-focused mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or relevant fields are an advantage
