Restaurant Captain / Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations and coordinate with the outlet staff.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-focused operations.
- Handle procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory management.
- Monitor food costs, wastage, stock levels, and stock variances.
- Manage Swiggy, Zomato, POS, and direct customer orders.
- Prepare staff rosters and monitor attendance and employee productivity.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene standards, and food-quality requirements.
- Support recruitment, employee training, and team management.
- Prepare daily sales, inventory, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth workflow.
- Monitor overall outlet performance and address operational issues promptly.
- Ensure the restaurant maintains cleanliness, service quality, and operational standards.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant, QSR, or cloud kitchen operations is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in restaurant operations and team coordination is an advantage.
