Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Captain located in Nashik. The Restaurant Captain will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, manage staff, and ensure high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include supervising food and beverage service, maintaining customer satisfaction, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills for staff management and ensuring smooth restaurant operations
- Proficiency in Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge and understanding of Food & Beverage standards and service protocols
- Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
