What you'll do
- Welcome and seat guests, creating a friendly first impression
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Communicate orders clearly with kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks, ensuring presentation meets our standards
- Anticipate guest needs and handle requests or complaints gracefully
- Process payments and maintain a clean, organised table setup
- Work as part of a close-knit team to keep service running smoothly
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality role (preferred, not required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy service periods
- A genuine passion for food, hospitality, and great service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Food safety awareness or willingness to complete training
