Role Description
The Assistant Manager at Nando's will play a vital role in supporting the restaurant's smooth operation in Ahmedabad. This full-time, on-site position involves supervising daily operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, supporting staff hiring and training, and maintaining quality standards for food and beverages. The Assistant Manager will also assist with inventory management, coordinate service delivery, and foster team collaboration to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Food & Beverage management or a related field
- Strong Communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with teams
- Ability to support Hiring and training processes
- Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
