Define and track automation effectiveness and value by monitoring coverage, stability, execution time, and automation ROI; identify opportunities for test optimization, suite rationalization, and faster feedback cycles without compromising quality. Drive quality governance by defining QA processes, entry/exit criteria, risk-based testing approaches, and quality metrics dashboards; proactively communicate quality status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to stakeholders. Strengthen test data practices by partnering with business, data, and environment teams to ensure the right data is available at the right time; coordinate data provisioning, refresh schedules, masking/compliance needs, and reconciliation across releases and environments. Operate effectively in a consulting delivery model by managing multiple projects and changing priorities, collaborating with distributed teams, and ensuring alignment with product owners, developers, and program stakeholders on scope, timelines, and quality outcomes. Guide junior testers on automation best practices, TDM processes, and overall testing discipline across projects; provide mentorship on framework standards, code reviews, and reusable component design.
