Project Role Description : Develop strategies to ensure the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Shape the strategic direction of guidelines, policies, and practices implementation to mitigate AI-related risks. Summary:
As a Responsible AI Advisor, a typical day involves crafting and refining strategies that promote the ethical deployment of artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires shaping the strategic framework for guidelines, policies, and practices that address potential risks associated with AI. The advisor actively works to foster transparency and accountability within AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational values and compliance with legal standards. Collaboration with various stakeholders to embed responsible AI principles throughout the organization is a key aspect of daily activities, contributing to a culture of trust and integrity in AI applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of responsible AI frameworks that guide organizational AI practices.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure consistent understanding and application of ethical AI principles.
- Mentor junior team members to build awareness and expertise in responsible AI methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Responsible AI.
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics, governance, and risk management frameworks.
- Experience in developing and implementing policies that ensure AI transparency and accountability.
- Ability to assess AI systems for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration to promote responsible AI adoption.
- Capability to analyze and mitigate AI-related risks through strategic planning and oversight.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Responsible AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
