Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Respiratory Therapist, located in the Kutch district. The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for assessing, treating, and caring for patients with breathing disorders. Responsibilities include administering respiratory therapy treatments, managing cardiopulmonary conditions, providing care for neonatal intensive care cases, and working collaboratively with healthcare teams to execute treatment plans. Maintaining and ensuring the proper functioning of medical respiratory equipment is an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Respiratory Care and Therapy, including the assessment and treatment of breathing disorders
- Experience with Cardiopulmonary therapy and management of respiratory conditions
- Expertise in providing care for Neonatal Intensive Care cases and related medical conditions
- Strong foundation in Medicine, especially with a focus on respiratory health and treatments
- Certification or licensure as a Respiratory Therapist, along with relevant professional experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative team-based care
- Attention to detail and ability to operate and maintain respiratory equipment effectively
- Advanced training or specialization in neonatal or critical care is a plus
