- Hands-on experience in ResourceLink Data Migration is mandatory.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Migration projects
- Strong experience in:
- Data extraction
- Data mapping
- Data cleansing
- Data validation & reconciliation
- Experience handling HR/Payroll/ERP migration projects
- Good understanding of migration methodologies and tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end ResourceLink data migration activities
- Analyze and validate source data
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams
- Ensure data accuracy and successful migration execution
- Support testing and deployment activities
Preferred Skills:
- Payroll/HR system migration experience
- SQL/Data handling knowledge
- Remote project experience
- Ability to work independently
