Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Resource Mobilization Executive based in Bangalore. The primary responsibilities include identifying, engaging, and maintaining relationships with donors and partners to support the organization's mission. The role also involves preparing fundraising proposals, presentations, and reports, as well as managing donor databases and ensuring timely communication and follow-ups. Additionally, the Resource Mobilization Executive will work on coordinating fundraising campaigns, collaborating with internal teams, and representing the organization at relevant events to promote its cause and initiatives.Connect people in malls, techparks, or public spaces and work towards fund raising goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in fundraising, resource mobilization, and developing donor engagement strategies.
• Strong written communication, proposal writing, and presentation preparation skills
• Ability to maintain and manage donor relationship databases and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and sustaining donor relationships
• Experience in conducting market research and identifying potential funding opportunities
• Proficiency in project management and event coordination is highly desirable
• Knowledge of disability rights, inclusion practices, and development sector will be an advantage
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work, or Communications
