RMC is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Security Specialist to support the issuance and management of Common Access Cards (CACs) for authorized personnel, including military members, civilian employees, and contractors.
- Issue, verify, and manage Common Access Cards.
- Perform accurate data entry in systems such as DEERS (Defense Eligibility Enrollment Reporting System) and Real-time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS).
- Ensure access control and compliance with security protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting individuals with CAC-related questions or issues.
- Operate computer systems, including DEERS and RAPIDS, to manage access permissions.
- Develop and maintain Standardized Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support in ensuring compliance with material records management procedures.
