Executive – Resource Deployment (RDG)
Location: Noida Experience: 0–2 years
Job Description We are looking for a motivated Executive to join our Resource Deployment Group (RDG).
The role involves managing and updating trackers, sourcing profiles from the internal pool, coordinating with internal teams, submitting suitable candidates against active RRs, and following up with TA to track progress on external demands.
The individual will support daily operational activities, join stakeholder calls, and ensure timely updates and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Source and submit internal profiles as per JD requirements.
Maintain and publish multiple RDG trackers with 100% accuracy.
Join cadence calls and share concise MoM/updates.
Follow up with TA on external fulfillment status and progress. Track RR status, feedback loops, interviews, and joining updates.
Ensure timely escalations and strong coordination with delivery teams.
Skills Required
Good Excel/Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
Strong communication and follow-up ability.
Detail-oriented with good multitasking capability.
Understanding of basic IT skills/roles (preferred but not mandatory).
Education Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
