Role Description

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Smart Boards and classroom technology.
• Provide technical support to teachers for effective usage of Smart Boards at the school campus.
• Manage and monitor the School ERP system to ensure smooth functionality and data accuracy.
• Coordinate with faculty, administration, and IT teams to resolve ERP-related issues.
• Assist in generating academic and administrative reports from the ERP.
• Maintain proper documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Act as the point of contact for vendors and service providers for technical support and issue resolution.
• Ensure proper usage, maintenance, and security of all digital systems.
• The employee will be present on the school campus during regular school working hours (Full Time).

Qualifications

BCA/ BSC Computer Science or Any Bachelor's Degree With Technical Knowledge Can Apply

Required Skills

• Basic Hardware and Networking Knowledge (CCNA is a plus)
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Basic Excel Knowledge
