Role Description
The Resort Supervisor at Vibez Estates will oversee daily operations of the resort, ensuring smooth functioning of hospitality services, farm house maintenance, and guest experiences. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing customer relations, ensuring quality in food and beverage services, and implementing staff training. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and guests.
- Proficiency in Food & Beverage management and a solid understanding of hospitality industry standards.
- Capability to lead and conduct staff Training effectively to maintain service excellence.
- Proven ability to oversee resort operations with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or resort management is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field is desirable.
