About the Opportunity
Ciarans is one of Palolem’s most loved addresses — a 25-year-old landmark property being reimagined as an eco-luxury retreat for guests who seek privacy, authenticity, and an unhurried connection with the Goan coast. We are looking for a Resort Manager who can lead from the front: someone who understands the soul of boutique hospitality, commands the confidence of a small but high-performing team, and has the commercial acumen to build a property that delivers exceptional guest experiences at a premium price point. This is a pre-opening role — you will be instrumental in shaping the property before its first guest arrives.
What You Will Do
• Lead all pre-opening operational preparation: team setup, SOP implementation, departmental readiness
• Oversee day-to-day operations across rooms, F&B, housekeeping, and guest experience
• Manage revenue performance: occupancy, ADR, F&B revenue, and guest satisfaction scores
• Build and nurture a team culture rooted in warmth, ownership, and attention to detail
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership; deliver monthly performance reports
• Manage vendor relationships, OTA listings, and online reputation
• Collaborate with Spectra Hospitality Services during the pre-opening phase
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, safety, and local hospitality regulations
What We Are Looking For
• 7+ years in hospitality operations, with at least 3 years in a resort/boutique hotel leadership role
• Proven track record in a beach or leisure property, ideally in South or North Goa
• Strong understanding of revenue management and OTA landscape
• Genuine passion for guest experience and the ability to lead by example
• Comfortable with the pace and intimacy of a small, owner-led property
• Excellent communication skills; able to work seamlessly with ownership and a lean team
• Fluency in English and Hindi; Konkani or Portuguese language skills a plus
