We are looking for an experienced Site HR Head / Plant Head to lead the HR function at a manufacturing plant in Dehradun.
🔹 Ideal Candidate:
10–15 years of experience in pharma/ manufacturing setup
Proven experience as PlantHR /SiteHR Head
Strong exposure to bulk hiring & TA
Hands-on with HRMS and HR operations
In-depth knowledge of labour laws & compliance
Excellent stakeholder management skills
🔹 Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR
🔹 Location: Dehradun
🔹 Stability: Minimum 2 years in current/previous roles preferred
