<strong>Position Overview<br></strong><br>
</div><div>The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing management of patients in a collaborative behavioral health setting.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>

<li> Conduct <strong>initial medical evaluations</strong> and ongoing patient follow-ups </li>
<li> Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions </li>
<li> Order and interpret <strong>diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging</strong>
</li>
<li> Develop and oversee <strong>treatment plans</strong> tailored to individual patient needs </li>
<li> Maintain <strong>timely and accurate clinical documentation</strong>
</li>
<li> Coordinate and refer patients to <strong>in-house and external services</strong> as appropriate </li>
<li> Collaborate with behavioral health providers and clinical staff to ensure <strong>integrated, team-based care</strong>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Board-certified <strong>Family Nurse Practitioner (</strong><strong><em>(FNP</em></strong>)<strong>)</strong> or <strong>Physician Assistant (PA-C)</strong>
</li>
<li> Active <strong>DEA license</strong> and <strong>BLS/CPR certification</strong>
</li>
<li> Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and bedside manner </li>
<li> Commitment to teamwork and delivering <strong>holistic, patient-centered care</strong>
</li>
<li><strong>New graduates and experienced providers are encouraged to apply</strong></li>

<strong>Compensation & Schedule<br></strong><br>
