<li>Communicate effectively both written and verbally.</li>
<li>Make decisions and complete tasks with little or no supervision.</li>
<li>Respond to changing situations in a flexible manner.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.</li>
<li>Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines.</li>
<li>Comfortable with Microsoft Office and other computer programs</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.</li>

<br><strong>Desired Experience/Requirements:</strong>

<li>High school degree or GED required. College degree/training is preferred.</li>
<li>Read, write and speak the English language.</li>
<li>Experience not required but preferred (on-the-job training and continuing education is provided)</li>
<li>Valid and current Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle record.</li>
<li>You must be at least 18 years of age.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a DHS background study.</li>

<strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.</li>
<li> Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.</li>
<li> Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews based on business need. </li>
<li> Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle from start to finish.</li>
<li> Maintain accurate candidate records and applicant tracking systems.</li>
<li> Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps.</li>
<li> Partner with management to understand hiring needs and timelines.</li>
<li> Attend job fairs and recruitment events as needed.</li>
