About the role

Responsibilities

  • The role involves handling outbound collection calls, communicating with customers regarding overdue payments, following call scripts, maintaining accurate records, updating CRM systems, coordinating with internal collections and recovery teams, and achieving monthly collection targets.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be fluent in Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil, and have a minimum qualification of 12th pass.
  • Freshers and candidates with 0-2 years of telecalling or collections experience; having a DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification is preferred, but not mandatory if the candidate has relevant experience.
