Why This Role Is Exciting
As our Founding Product Manager, you’ll work directly with the founders to define and launch the very first version of the product. From setting up the initial architecture to driving product-led AI integrations, you’ll own the build journey end-to-end. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at zero-to-one and shape not only the product, but also the team, culture, and vision as we scale across India and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Define the product roadmap and lead execution of our MVP in close collaboration with engineering and design
- Own product architecture decisions and workflows from Day 1
- Drive discovery, prioritization, and go-to-market planning with the founding team
- Explore and integrate AI-powered features to improve product performance and user experience
- Hire and shape the early product and engineering team alongside leadership
- Make data-informed decisions while staying obsessively focused on user needs
What We’re Looking For
- Strong product instincts backed by 3–7 years of experience building and scaling tech or SaaS products
- A builder mindset — you’re hands-on, scrappy, and energized by fast-paced, early-stage environments
- A strategic thinker who can zoom out to roadmap vision and zoom in to spec out details
- Clear communication skills, leadership potential, and user-first thinking
- Bonus: Passion for AI, familiarity with LLMs or ML workflows, and experience in product-led growth
