Why This Role Is Exciting
As a Founding Engineer, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders to define, architect, and build the very first version of the product. From core infrastructure to AI integrations, you’ll lead the entire build journey—making foundational tech decisions and shipping fast. What You’ll Do
- Own full-stack development with Python, ReactJS, and JavaScript
- Design and implement the engineering architecture from the ground up
- Build scalable systems, APIs, and AI-driven product features
- Collaborate directly with the founders on product direction, technical strategy, and team building
- Lay the groundwork for a high-ownership, high-performance engineering culture
- Drive technical excellence and velocity in a fast-moving, 0→1 environment
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on engineering experience, ideally across backend, frontend, and infrastructure
- Deep expertise in Python, ReactJS, JavaScript, and cloud-based architecture
- Proven track record of building and shipping products in early-stage or high-growth startups
- A builder who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and moves quickly
- Strong product instincts and a collaborative mindset
