About the Team
Unified Collaboration Service team is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting the collaboration and communication platforms that connect Resmed's global workforce. We manage the technologies that enable seamless communication, from Microsoft Teams and Exchange to telephony systems and compliance tools. We focus on delivering reliable, integrated communication experiences while ensuring data governance and regulatory compliance. By partnering with business units, security, and infrastructure teams, we enable effective collaboration across time zones and empower teams to work efficiently in hybrid environments.
About the Role
As an O365 Engineer, you'll independently manage and optimize Resmed's collaboration ecosystem—Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online / Hybrid , Teams Telephony, Microsoft Purview. You'll resolve complex technical issues, lead implementation projects, and contribute to strategic improvements of our communication and employee experience platforms. This specialist role requires you to apply company policies and best practices to solve moderate to complex problems with minimal supervision. You'll collaborate across teams, contribute to technical analysis and reporting, and help shape the evolution of our unified communications and digital workplace strategy.
