Role Description The BDM – Real Estate Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new real estate sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for assigned projects. Daily activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and property presentations, negotiating terms, and closing deals in line with business targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for marketing support, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and maintaining accurate documentation in CRM systems. The individual will be expected to stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to support effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills in real estate, including lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure.
- Proficiency in relationship management, stakeholder coordination, and client servicing to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop practical sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain project value propositions clearly.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital platforms for tracking leads, preparing proposals, and reporting performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant real estate sales experience in Bengaluru is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations, property documentation, and transaction processes is an added advantage.
