About the role

Qualifications & Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce automation testing and engineering.
  • Strong experience with Selenium, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, or similar automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Java, JavaScript, Python, or other scripting languages for automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce tools like Salesforce DX (SFDX), Lightning Web Components, and API testing (Postman, REST, SOAP UI).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data models, and automation tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Workflows.
  • Experience in performance testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automated testing strategies for Salesforce applications, including Apex, Lightning components, and integrations.
  • Design and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Provar, TestNG, or similar.
  • Create, execute, and manage automated test scripts to validate Salesforce functionality, UI, workflows, and integrations.
  • Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to identify test scenarios and ensure

quality assurance.

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing into the development workflow using tools like Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps.
  • Utilize Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and REST/SOAP web services to validate integrations and automation processes.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve test coverage and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to continuously enhance automation strategies.
  • Document test plans, results, and automation processes for future reference and audits.
