Locations: Noida | Lucknow | Kanpur | Prayagraj | Multiple Cities across Uttar Pradesh

We're looking for passionate, driven professionals to join us as Residential Solar Sales Team Leads.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Residential Solar Sales Consultants.
- Drive customer acquisition and achieve city-wise sales targets.
- Conduct customer meetings and close residential rooftop solar projects.
- Coach your team on consultative selling and customer engagement.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to installation.
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth project execution.
What We're Looking For
- 2ā5 years of experience in Residential Rooftop Solar Sales (mandatory).
- Experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
- Strong understanding of residential solar systems, subsidies, financing and customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- A self-driven professional who enjoys building high-performing teams in a fast-growing environment.
