Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune Division for a Residential Sales Specialist with 1 to 4 years of experience. The Residential Sales Specialist will focus on fostering new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and facilitating residential real estate transactions. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, managing sales processes, maintaining ongoing client relationships, and staying informed about market trends. You will also provide guidance to clients on property options and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development and Sales within the real estate sector
- Knowledge in Residential Real Estate and a proven ability to handle Account Management
- Ability to provide effective client Training and support during the sales process
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Familiarity with the Pune real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
