Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Sales Specialist, based in Hyderabad. The Residential Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales of residential real estate properties. The role involves conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and ethical service. Training responsibilities may also be included to develop and support sales capabilities across the team.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Sales
- Experience and knowledge in Residential Real Estate
- Strong skills in Account Management to maintain and expand client relationships
- Ability to mentor and guide the team with Training capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and goal achievement
- Flexibility to work on-site in Hyderabad
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in the real estate sector is advantageous
