Role Description
The Residential Sales Advisor/Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. Primary responsibilities include actively engaging with potential clients, guiding them through property options, conducting site visits, and addressing inquiries. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and working closely with developers to promote properties effectively. The role also includes contributing to marketing campaigns, attending promotional events, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, negotiation abilities, and a results-oriented approach.
- Experience in residential sales, relationship management, and customer service.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, and lead generation techniques.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct property site visits and travel within Chennai.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
- Familiarity with local real estate markets and Tamil Nadu RERA regulations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
