Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing real estate sales for residential properties, engaging with potential clients, and maintaining lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities include facilitating property viewings, negotiating sales contracts, and providing expert advice to clients. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and Residential Real Estate practices
- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and understanding legal and financial terms related to real estate
- Exceptional Customer Service and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with Bengaluru’s residential market are advantageous
