Role Description
We are seeking a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist for a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South. This role involves managing property sales, engaging with prospective buyers, conducting site visits, and building lasting client relationships. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, guiding clients through the property purchasing process, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The selected candidate will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and residential developments.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Real Estate Sales and Residential Real Estate
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and understanding real estate agreements
- Strong Customer Service skills to build trust and lasting relationships
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is a significant advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications and licenses in real estate are a plus
